Except there is'nt any. The accused one comes to the stand and stand's)infront of the judge, .accused wearing a slight indiffemt smile, .morally vacant. The seated gods of justice arrive to much cerimonial bows and circumnarigations of the audience, .or jury they are T something called .The vast stage is set .. a.nunitu.re:unlverse i is set up in the hall with the angelic hyerachy in place of sanctity. . ' • . . i -•••• ^| The boy says " guilty" without the slightest hint of the usual H implications of the word. .The atmosphere of the court in steadH of the usual judicial fireworks stays frightningly the same. H except for the widening void spreading malignantly through thi^ coridors of reason. He picks up a chair amidst the emptyness of the judges thoughts .lifts it up without emotion, and while in- -between the judges paragraphs -of debate sticks one of the legs into the judges mouth gapping. . .rammed in until blood flows down the judges neck and the chair leg snap^s with the s'~ -ckening chalky sound of bone splinttered . .
